After visiting Ulster, Biden thought he would drop out too

Joe Biden has recently come out and admitted that his visit to Ulster University in Belfast earlier this year helped him finalise his decision to drop out of the upcoming US presidential elections. He said he was inspired by the confidence that students at Ulster University had when it came to admitting university was too much for them to handle, making it easier for him to drop out himself.
