Agincourt disturbance was actually "my landlord collecting my late rent"

It has turned out that the disturbance on Monday night, which occurred on the busy street of Agincourt Avenue in the Holylands was in fact a landlord forcing his way into a tenant's house to collect their rent payment that they missed. We spoke to one of the tenants in the house, who wishes to remain anonymous, and they told us they were refusing to pay rent until their landlord removed the rats that had made themselves at home in multiple rooms in the house.
