The Holylands has the world's most ignored one-way system

A recent investigation by the Department of Infrastructure has discovered that the Holylands area in Belfast has a virtually obsolete one-way system in place, with it being ignored an absolute majority of the time. The department has stated it plans to implement measures which will encourage road users in the area to "wind their neck in" and "to stop them from pissing other road users off"
