Rugby Avenue to be renamed Gaelic Avenue after local petition by residents

Rugby Avenue, one of the main streets in The Holylands is to have its name changed to Gaelic Avenue after local residents in the area petitioned to have it renamed. It comes as locals argue that due to the heavily catholic nature of the area, it would only be fitting and also more inclusive of those who live in the area.
