Queen's University Belfast have stated that, beginning 2025, they will no longer offer hardship funding to their Law students as they "simply don'y need it" and likely have parents who can provide this for them. The move is said to save the university a substantial amount of money which will be redirected towards funding those who need it more, mainly students who are studying a bachelor of arts.
