Holylands Landlord says £400 rent increase will help with cost of 3rd BMW

A well-established landlord who owns a number of HMOs in the Holylands area has anonymously informed us of how a recent rent increase in all of his properties to a staggering price of £400 a month will help him cover the cost of his third BMW that he recently purchased.

He has defended this statement by saying how he should be allowed to treat himself on the odd occasion, especially as someone who "provides adequate housing for careless students"
