Damascus Street to be renamed due to fear of US invasion

With current affairs in the Middle East showing no chance of slowing down any time soon along with the US having a long history of being so invasive, the local government here in Northern Ireland, along with constant correspondence with the local council, have jointly arrived at the decision of renaming Damascus Street, one of the streets found in the densely populated Holylands area. This is due to a fear the US may wrongly invade the area due to the nature of the street name, with it also being the capital of Syria. The council and local government have yet to arrive at a decision for the new name but plan to announce it in the coming weeks.
